Garrison Commander
From Daura’s plains, a leader rose so tall,
Responding to Nigeria’s earnest call.
With steady hands and gaze both firm and keen,
He strove to build a nation strong and clean.
Against corruption, battles fought with might,
To steer the ship of state towards the light.
With infrastructure plans, a vision grand,
To lift the people, hand in helping hand.
Though storms arose and challenges appeared,
His dedication never disappeared.
A patriot’s heart, with love for all his own,
He sought to plant the seeds that would be grown.
He was fiercely and greatly loved,
The corrupt and evil gave him no love
Now duty done, his chapter gently closed,
A time for rest, a well-earned peace composed.
A legacy remains, for all to see,
Buharists are the seeds he sowed.
President Muhammadu Buhari joins the stars, eternally.
