I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Ibrahim Abikan, a distinguished member of our cherished NBA Ilorin Branch and an erudite scholar, on his well-deserved appointment as the Director General of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
This appointment is a recognition of Prof. Abikan’s remarkable achievements, steadfast dedication, and contributions to the legal profession and academia. We have no doubt in his capacity to lead this esteemed institute with vision, competence, and excellence.
