It is most unfair for the most noblest of profession, which boasts near equality since 1991-1992 no woman has been NBA President.
We must make conscious efforts to ensure that our female colleagues are given equal opportunities to showcase their capabilities.
As the largest NBA in Africa, let’s remember when the all female team organized the NBA Annual General Conference, which was a conference like no other?
