I extend my warmest congratulations to the NBA Section on Business Law on the occasion of its 19th Annual Conference. The theme, *“The Future of Business Law in an Intelligence Age,”* is both timely and visionary, as it explores the evolving intersection of law, innovation, and artificial intelligence in modern legal and business practice.

Special appreciation goes to the indefatigable Chairman of the NBA-SBL, *Ozofu Latunde Ogiemudia, Esq.*, and her dynamic team for organizing such impactful sessions and providing a platform for deep intellectual engagement and professional development. The quality and relevance of the conversations so far have been truly enriching.

I also express heartfelt gratitude to *A.O. Odum, SAN*, for his enduring mentorship and support for young lawyers. His encouragement and inspiring counsel directly influenced my decision to become a proud, registered member of this great Section. His commitment to nurturing the next generation of business lawyers is both admirable and appreciated.

My appreciation also goes to my respected senior, *Endurance Uhumuavbi, Esq.*, and my learned colleague, *Adamu Abubakar Ishaq, Esq.* Their care, accessibility, and sincere concern for young lawyers and new members have made this community feel like home. Their example of leadership and service continues to light the path for others.

As I look forward with excitement to the mentorship program and other enriching activities lined up, I remain confident that the NBA-SBL will continue to lead in shaping policy, enhancing competence, and fostering inclusion in the legal profession.

Here’s to more innovation, more connection, and more growth.
