Dear esteemed colleagues, as the NBA Annual General Conference in Enugu draws to a close, I wish you all safe travels back to your respective bases.
It has been a fulfilling time of learning, networking and fellowship. I warmly congratulate our President, the Conference Planning Committee and the indefatigable LOC for their outstanding work. Enugu is proud to have hosted such a memorable gathering.
