I extend warm greetings to the Chairman, Executive Committee, and the vibrant members of the Young Lawyers’ Forum, NBA Ikorodu Branch, as you host the 2025 YLF Summit.

The theme, “Navigating the Future of Law Practice: Innovation, Advocacy & Compliance,” is both timely and urgent. In a rapidly evolving legal landscape, young lawyers must not only embrace innovation but anchor it with integrity and bold advocacy.

The future of our profession will be shaped by those who are unafraid to ask hard questions, challenge the status quo, and uphold the law not as a convenience, but as a covenant of justice.

As I look forward to joining you at the Summit, I am honoured to be speaking on the topic:

“Beyond Ethics: Strengthening Institutional Integrity and Regulatory Accountability in Legal Practice.”
