Dear Learned Silks, Honourable Benchers, Seniors and Colleagues of the NBA Dutse Branch , it is with a sense of humility that I congratulate the entire NBA Dutse, for electing a vibrant Executive, to pilot the affairs of the Branch for the next two years.
The newly sworn Exco is being led by a man with unblemished records and sparks, in the person of G.H Umaru Esq, and I have no difficulty in predicting a more prosperous, vibrant and proactive Dutse Branch of the NBA.
It is my prayers that Mr. Chairman and Executive, to remain in perpetual good health and finish the race well.
