You don’t need a corner office to lead. You don’t need a full team to start the work. And you don’t need applause to make impact.

I began my journey with more questions than answers, more passion than resources, and more faith than guarantees. But I started anyway.

Your vision matters. Your voice matters. You are enough.

Start where you are.

Use what you have.
